Pricing
One product. Every module included. You pay for people, not for features you unlock later.
We don't sell modules separately, because the point of emko cloud is that they share the same records. A CRM that can't see your warehouse is the problem, not the product.
Cloud
We run it. You sign in.
- All nine modules from day one
- The AI assistant included
- Daily backups, updates applied for you
- Your data exportable at any time, in full
Priced per active user, per month. Tell us how many people and we'll quote the same day.
Self-hosted
Your server, your jurisdiction, your disk.
- The same product, the same modules, the same assistant
- One process and a database — SQLite to start, Postgres when you grow
- Two configuration values to run it
- No phone-home requirement
Priced per company, per year, with support included.
Which one
| Cloud | Self-hosted | |
|---|---|---|
| Setup time | Minutes | An afternoon |
| Updates | Automatic | When you choose |
| Data location | Our infrastructure | Yours |
| Data residency requirements | Ask us | Solved by definition |
| Air-gapped operation | No | Yes |
| Support | Included | Included |
Moving between them is a migration we support, in either direction. Starting on cloud does not lock you out of self-hosting later.
Getting started
Tell us what's costing you time right now — the spreadsheet inventory, the quotes that get retyped into invoices, the project tracker nobody updates. We'll show you that workflow in emko cloud with your own data shapes, not a demo tenant.
Questions we get asked
Do we have to move everything at once? No. Start with the module that hurts most. The rest is already there, sharing the same people and companies, when you're ready.
Can we bring our own data? Yes. Import is part of onboarding, and export is available permanently — not as a retention lever.
Can we add our own record types? Yes. Adding a company-specific record type is a supported, first-class operation, not a consulting engagement.
What happens if we stop paying? You keep your data. Cloud accounts go read-only and stay exportable.
